Terms of Use
By using Freedium you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language for a utility website; they are not a substitute for legal advice and may be updated over time.
Permitted use
You may use the tools with content you own, content you are authorized to process, or content that is public domain. The tools format, count and validate text; they do not publish anything on your behalf.
Prohibited uses include bypassing publisher access controls, collecting login credentials, reselling the service, attempting to overload the endpoints, and using the tools to infringe anyone's rights.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you paste and for having the right to process it. Do not paste other people's confidential material, personal data you have no right to use, or copyrighted articles you have no licence for.
Intellectual property
The Freedium name, interface and code are the property of the site owner. Publishers keep all rights in their articles; using the link cleaner does not transfer or imply any licence, and opening a publisher page is subject to that publisher's terms.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Estimates such as reading time are approximations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw features at any time.
Limitation of liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tools. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, and you may stop using the site at any time.
